New Website: Beneath a Granite Sky

My favourite black-and-white photographs find a new home

Beneath a Granite Sky is a collection of my favourite black-and-white photography, inspired by the landscapes, wild places, and antiquities I encounter on my rambles. If you recognise the name, it was also the title of one of my earlier photos of Belstone Tor, so it's apt.

These black-and-white images range from the granite tors and ancient woodlands of Dartmoor National Park to Cornwall's rugged coastline and the echoes of its industrial past. Occasionally, I venture further afield, notably to the New Forest and Kent.

I'm particularly drawn to the interplay of light and shadow, texture and form. And I only publish those photos that feel better without the distraction of colour.

Without further ado, you can find the start of this side project over on BeneathAGraniteSky.com or on my @BeneathAGraniteSky Instagram.
